Privacy Policy

What we store

• Care events (for example feeds, sleep, diapers), babies, caregivers, activity categories, and Night Shift preferences.
• On your device, recent data may be cached so the app works when offline.
• When you are signed in, household-shared babies, care events, and caregiver profiles sync through our backend (Supabase) with access controls so only household members can see that household’s data.

Cry AI and audio

• When you analyze a cry, a short recording is sent once to our analysis service and is not stored.
• Recordings never appear in analytics or logs.
• Cry AI suggestions are not a medical diagnosis.

Crash reporting and product analytics

• Crash reporting may use Sentry when configured. If it is not configured, no crash reports are sent.
• We scrub sensitive fields before sending technical reports (for example passwords, tokens, emails, baby names, audio/recording keys, and backend keys).
• Product analytics, when enabled, is limited to a small allowlist of event names (such as successful Quick Log, appearance change, Night Shift save, and tab view). We do not send raw care-event payloads.

Export

• Settings → Export data can share a CSV or branded PDF of logged care events for the active baby from local data.
• Insights → Pediatrician report can share a short-range CSV or text summary.
• Exports do not include predictions, auth tokens, or cry audio.

Deletion and leaving a household

• Delete account clears local caches and removes your account when signed in.
• Leave household removes you from a shared household, clears local household data, and starts a solo household while keeping your session. Solo owners should delete the account instead of leaving.
• Leave, sign-out, and delete account cancel scheduled local notifications (care reminders and Night Shift) before clearing caches.
