Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use Rhythm, a shared baby-care logging app published by Nokana Studio (“we”). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.

Who can use Rhythm

  • Rhythm is for parents, family and anyone who helps care for a baby. If you are under 18, use it with the permission of a parent or guardian.
  • Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account.

Not medical advice

  • Rhythm, its predictions, Cry Analysis and Rhythm AI are tools for caregivers. They are not a medical device and do not give a diagnosis or treatment.
  • Follow your clinician’s guidance. If you think your baby needs urgent help, call your doctor or emergency services.

Smart features can be wrong

  • Predictions, Cry Analysis, Voice Log and Rhythm AI can make mistakes. Check anything important before you rely on it.
  • Rhythm AI is optional, and you can turn it off in Settings.

Your data

  • What you log stays yours. We use it only to run Rhythm, as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • Everyone in a household can see what is logged there, so invite only people you trust.

Fair use

  • Do not use Rhythm to break the law, to reach data that is not yours, or to disrupt or copy the service.

The service

  • We work to keep Rhythm available, but it can be interrupted, and features can change or end.
  • If we add paid plans, we will show the price and terms before you pay anything.

Our responsibility

  • Rhythm is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect loss, or for decisions made based on what the app shows. Rights you have by law are not affected.

Ending your use

  • You can stop at any time and delete your account in Settings. Records in a shared household may stay available to its other caregivers.
  • We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

Changes and law

  • If we change these terms, we will update the date above and tell you about important changes in the app.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
